Phone interview first. I was told immediately after phone interview they wanted to move forward with a face to face interview. Face to face consists of 4 managers and group interview. Received a phone call 4 days later saying I got the job, contingent upon a background / credit check

For a front end web developer position, I had 3 back to back one on one interviews, each one hour. The interview questions were so similar between the 3 people, by the last person I got confused a couple times bacause I couldn't remember if I was repeating myself or not! Maybe it was a mind game;)
