The interview process was quick I was reached out by HR, and I made an appointment I went it had my interview walked the sales floor the stock room was asked basic questions and was given a quick review on the overall culture interview was about 30 minutes long heard back the following day and I was on the sale floor within a week.
For a front end web developer position, I had 3 back to back one on one interviews, each one hour. The interview questions were so similar between the 3 people, by the last person I got confused a couple times bacause I couldn't remember if I was repeating myself or not! Maybe it was a mind game;)

After this I was asked to come in for a face to face interview which discussed the ins n outs of the business and was offered the position on the spot due to my appearance etc.
