I got an email to book for a phone interview within 3 days of applying online for the customer service rep position. Phone interview was easy and very straightforward, but the estimate waiting time is extremely uncomfortable. I waited a week and called the hiring manager directly, but she immediately forward me to HR. I found the manager to be rude and unprofessional. If they already considered someone else for the job, it would be fair to send an email or give me a call back so I’m not wasting my time waiting. Anyways, if they don’t call you back then don’t waste your time cause they probably gave someone else the job already.

The interview process was quick I was reached out by HR, and I made an appointment I went it had my interview walked the sales floor the stock room was asked basic questions and was given a quick review on the overall culture interview was about 30 minutes long heard back the following day and I was on the sale floor within a week.
