Hold the doctors and the office staff accountable ,also better training the training involved sitting and someone work
They have a "cult like culture" that they try to force upon you. If you work in the corporate offices you mean nothing to this company. Their main focus is the dental office and recruiting dentists to onboarding with them. Lack of training, communication, heavy work loads, NO RAISES and your treated as if you are just a number.
