If they keep hiring uper management that know know nothing in dental they are just going to run the offices in to the ground.

There is going to be growth but great opportunity comes with it. We have seen paid for CE courses for many positions (Dr, Hyg and Dental Assistants).

Dismal. The heart and sole of the business is the dental offices, but they are treated like cookie cutters by people with little to no dental office experience. Without good and fulfilled staff working in the offices no business will exist.

I feel like the future of North American Dental Group is going south fast due to lack of experience on the upper management teams. Unless you truly know what goes in to the day to day operations of a practice, you should not be advising one how to run. Get upper management who knows what they are doing, take care of your staff...and they will take care of your company.
