Please just pack up and close down. Do the community and employees a favor. This place is a joke.
Management skills are lacking !! They run their dental assistant 's into the ground with out so much as a thank you !!
A raise would be nice better managers and a lead apron for employees
Treat your employees like you actually care about them. Show they matter to you and your company. Someone who feels appreciated will always do more than expected. If they don't feel that way then they won't last long and your business will fail. Morals, values and caring hearts and minds should come first before anything else. Bad reviews mean low business and high turn over rate.
Pay attention...take care of your staff members. Nothing screams you could care then snatching benefits from well deserving employees...numbers are important, but don't be numbers driven. If you take care of your staff, they will take care of your patients, and the numbers will come.
