Government run education at its worst. Antiquated teaching and administrative practices, insulting pay, a "one size fits all" approach, administrators who wield entirely too much power over domains in which they are not qualified to, and and endless series of nonsensical "specialist" and "technician" jobs that are a waste of taxpayer money.

Trying to create these ridiculous lesson plans that include so much information, it takes 10X longer to write them than to teach the lessons.

The system will not allow a teacher to teach the students in a manner that would most benefit the students. There is a prescription for every lesson that may not fit the needs of all the students.
