Management is pretty fair and nice. The nurses are great, and the benefits are good too. Since the company is 100% employee owned, you feel like you're somewhat in control if the company in a weird way.

Fun place to work where you feel appreciated

I love working at North Cascades Health and Rehab. It is truly collaborative. Everybody works hard, but everybody helps out when needed. There is terrific support. I am proud to be part of a team that provides the best clinical care and customer service. It is fun, with lots of staff appreciation events.
