Micromanagement is a serious problem, especially when it is done over minor decisions and not addressing true concerns of job. When managers refuse to actually do anything about problems good employees get thrown under the bus when it goes wrong.

Doesn't matter cant use them unless dead as no one will cover your shift and you have ti find replacement.

Mental Health Therapists have no open hours to do other work related things. Too many days Therapist have to take work home because of no open time during work unless clients do not show up for their appointments.

Lack of supervision hours from Supervisor, No continuing education paid for through company. No time given to Therapists to discuss clients issues with each other to improve client outcomes. Company only cares about how many clients are being seen daily to obtain quota instead of client care from therapists.
