Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Arlington, TXApril 10, 2018
Management exercises very poor judgment. The rules do not apply to all employees. The favorites do not have to abide by the rules. They also do not have to work 40 hours if they do not feel like it.
Pros
Health Insurance
Cons
Not all employees are treated fairly

9-1-1 Training Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Arlington, TXOctober 10, 2016
This is a very rewarding job and I obtained so much knowledge from my management, co-workers and company. This was not just a place of employment, it was also a place where I gained invaluable friend, extended my public safety family, and have a vast network of persons I will forever keep in touch with.
