Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) (Current Employee) –  College Point, NYMay 1, 2014
A typical day at work. We get to work and we do something called 800 check. We make sure we have all our equipment and medication. Then our dispatcher tell us where to go for our first call. I learned the right way to do patient assessment and vital signs. Well our management has a good structure. My coworker and I are like family. The hardest part of my of is to take heavy patients to the top floor. The most enjoyable part of my job is knowing that i can make a different in someone life.
