It's a job, but don't expect to make it a career.
Expect to work 12 hour shifts at a static position which is to be expected with most security companies. They do have a large fleet of security/law enforcement vehicles. Best sites to work would be the city/county contracts because you'll be working with a partner more then like.Pay is not the best, but it's not the worse either. Overall, most people leave in order to find another job with more pay. It is great for a part time job though.

Good starter job
This job was great place to start. Everyone is helpful. The more you want to learn, it helps for advancement, and usable for different sites. People willing to help teach you as well

Good place
I enjoy the site. It is conveniently located near my home. The pay is comparable to other jobs. The supervision is minimal but they do check on me at least, once a week.

No productivity
I've been with the company a few months. I got alot of hours the first week, second week of job, 1 day. They seemed to not have a problem with me asking for certain hours, during the day, but then started saying different things about work hour availability. I have to work a second job as I only work 1 day a week. It's basically nothing. If they were going to do this, even trying to extend myself hour wise, I don't know why they brought me on if they weren't going to give me any hours. They're the worst company I've ever worked for.

Not many good sites that work with schedule
Pay should be better....more sites and ideas are needed for growth...more management and better training is needed along with company vehicles and its maintenance
