I love psych. It can be hard & physically demanding. Gotta have tough skin. But the mgmt there is terrible! Poor communication. Ignore major issues. Stressful!

Very difficult work environment and it wasn’t because of the clients. The obsession w/ $$$ was apparent. Client care is based on money rather then what’s best or right. Turnover is 100% each year. They’re on their 6th or 7th CEO in as many years. Compensation is high due to suffocating work culture. My suggestion is have thick skin. The clients need good care.
Inpatient Therapist in Wesley Chapel, FL

Unfortunately employees aren’t appreciated and are in a high stress environment with very sick patients. MoreEmployees needed but refusal to add due to budget.

New management is great, very welcoming and always there if you need anything. Co-workers are nice as well. Shifts are 12hrs. Building is very clean and well kept.

This company will lie just to make a dollar.. the CEO is money hungry .. they are concerned only about money, not the care of the patients or the staff . Very shady administration.
