Management only cares about themselves. Mid-Level management lies and does whatever needed to cover their own backs. Pay is below industry standard. Evaluation and review process is the worst I've ever seen. Company prefers to hire lazy people, and then protect them when actual workers are hired.
NTMWD is a great place to work for. The culture is changing, and for the better. All of the employees are going through a transition phase, but the main difficulty is the removal of the good old boys mentality. The District will improve once its old culture is eliminated.
