Not a bad place to have training wheels

You will learn a lot in a very challenging environment that is constantly changing. There is a glass ceiling on leadership positions and salary is an unlimited class in California so you will be working 50+ hours and getting paid for 40. Benefits are good. Some departmental politics.

Too Much Sales Pressure

A typical day at Northbound consisted of putting on a headset and working in their call center. The hardest part of the job was pressure from management about numbers. The most enjoyable part of the job was speaking to individuals in crisis on the phone. I enjoyed helping people.
