When an employee has a doctor appointment due to a health issue make sure that you let them go don’t ask them to reschedule. Especially, where the health issue is crippling them from their daily life. Also, don’t talk about an employees health issue with another employee and agree with that employee that the hurt employee is faking. Especially, when there is proof. That’s a definite issue.

Depending as to the manager. Most managers give a regular schedule. Few give a daily unpredictable schedule. Caused a few employees to leave

Favoritism. Some managers, and employees with family relations make up their own policies and procedures even though it is noted in a manual. You actually may have to prove what is correct per policy or procedure due to your manager’s inability, lack of knowledge, or fear of rocking the boat. Basically, if you want to be given a raise or get what you deserve for an annual raise you better be ready to constantly stand up for yourself.

Vacation Hours are great. As long as you work in a branch that will allow you to utilize your vacation time when you would like.

The Managers seem to not take what I️ say seriously. Such as the original signed agreement verbal agreement over hours, schedule and when I spoke To the manager regarding my safety the manager seem to be more concerned regarding A parking spot.

Sickly policy is great. However, if you use sick time you may have to receive some retaliation afterward.
