Favoritism. Some managers, and employees with family relations make up their own policies and procedures even though it is noted in a manual. You actually may have to prove what is correct per policy or procedure due to your manager’s inability, lack of knowledge, or fear of rocking the boat. Basically, if you want to be given a raise or get what you deserve for an annual raise you better be ready to constantly stand up for yourself.

Very slow-paced, made it hard to keep busy. I believe I understood the process and how to get things done, but my trainer was not cooperative and so made it difficult for me to lern from my mistakes.
