When an employee has a doctor appointment due to a health issue make sure that you let them go don’t ask them to reschedule. Especially, where the health issue is crippling them from their daily life. Also, don’t talk about an employees health issue with another employee and agree with that employee that the hurt employee is faking. Especially, when there is proof. That’s a definite issue.
Take responsibility for the area in which you are responsible to manage. Don’t rely on another employee to assist with managing the department. Especially when that employee has difficulty with work relations. A manager should have the capability and capacity to manage their employees without involving another employee. By incorporating another employee creates negativity in and loss of staff. Management- the process of dealing with or controlling things or people.
Take with their employees say seriously. Do not favortize an employee because of who they are related to or who they knew to get their position. When an employee Advises the manager of inappropriate language toward them to take that seriously. Not to disregard it due to who the inappropriate employee knows whether that individual got their position due to relation or who they knew to got their job
