Good for a temporary placement.
The hardest part of the job is the lack of communication from the higher ups to the employees. You will find that favoritism is at play and the whole work environment is honestly very hostile at times.

Hard-working people mixed in with lazy, awful people
Management will take advantage of you and does not care about personal issues. They will" dangle a carrot over your head". Clients can be awful or great but it all depends on where you're placed.

Decent Job
The work isn't difficult and it is a friendly environment. The only bad thing is managing schedules or increasing your hours. Sometimes issues might get brushed off.

Low pay and forced over time
Low pay and the force over time is not worth it. You're just a warm body to them to cover the open shift if need be. Management is not bad, but that depends on the site.
