CNA (Former Employee) – Havre, MT – August 17, 2018
Northern Montana Hospital was a great when just dealing with the residents. The residents were the best thing of working there. The pitfalls of working Norther Montana Hospital was dealing with the employees themselves. There was a lot of throat cutting and not a lot of team work and very little care was given to the employee's needs. The management didn't care to allow more people on staff so we were always short handed.
ER NURSE (Former Employee) – Havre, MT – March 9, 2019
As a travel nurse, the staff in the ER and ICU were great, friendly helpful with training and the process they use to admit patients. New nurses were eager to learn more and at times were not allowed to learn a different way of doing things even though it was right. A charge nurse had a difficult time with simple improvements to benefit the patient and care of the patient, others were okay with the simple improvements. Hardest part of the job was learning where supplies were kept. The staff overall were great, the physicians were personable and friendly and treated me with respect.
