Great Job!
Electrical Engineer (Current Employee) - Dulles, VA - July 14, 2023
Great place to work and great benefits. The managers have a hard time promoting due to HR having restrictions but other than that its a great place to work at.

Good place to work. Feels like growth can be slow. Everything seems to take a long time to get done.
Electrical Engineer (Current Employee) - Baltimore, MD - July 6, 2022
Good place to work. Feels like growth can be slow. Everything seems to take a long time to get done. Feels like it is hard to get fired, which can be good or bad depending on your work ethic and who is on your team.
Pros
Flexibility to try different roles. 401k match. Work life balance. Every other Friday off
Cons
No ESPP, bonuses really only go to upper level management.
