Great Workplace

Good for med-surg experience

You gain a lot of hands on experience in med-surg, but support from management is lacking. The program needs some adjustments, but it’s still new. Northside as a company is great to work for as long as you’re supported.

Not a good company or hospital to work for.

I used to work at this Hospital in Atlanta. Overall this hospital was ok to work for. They were nice at first and then the Lead Tech was not nice to me. There were clicks at this hospital and the weekend lead ended up not liking me either. The weekend team lead and the weekday team lead were very close and they most have told the management, I was not a good worker. They tried to transfer me but ...

Pay is extremely low compared to other companies

I have worked for Northside for a while. People are nice which is a plus. Management is okay. Pay is horrible for a mammography tech. Other places pay much more.
