The most useful review selected by Indeed- Great Team environment/family like feel - Debt Free Health system (1 of only a few in the entire country) - Great physicians and leadership- I travel a ton between our hospital campuses and I really enjoy working with physicians and leaders across the system.

Good for med-surg experience

You gain a lot of hands on experience in med-surg, but support from management is lacking. The program needs some adjustments, but it’s still new. Northside as a company is great to work for as long as you’re supported.

I used to work at this Hospital in Atlanta. Overall this hospital was ok to work for. They were nice at first and then the Lead Tech was not nice to me. There were clicks at this hospital and the weekend lead ended up not liking me either. The weekend team lead and the weekday team lead were very close and they most have told the management, I was not a good worker. They tried to transfer me but they seem to have no plan to transfer me to any other hospital in the Atlanta area. The job ended eventually. The company overall had decent pay but the environment at this department was so horrible and one of the worst hospitals I've ever worked for.

Pay is extremely low compared to other companies

I have worked for Northside for a while. People are nice which is a plus. Management is okay. Pay is horrible for a mammography tech. Other places pay much more.

I love northside

The best place to work for, everyone it’s very caring and they there at all times to help you succeed in you career and personal goals, I’ve worked in other hospitals, and I can say by far Northside it’s one, if not the best institutions I’ve been a part of.

Hardest part is the politics. Most enjoyable is my teammates. A typical day I see 6-7 patients for therapy and get a 30 minute lunch break. The management is fair but could be better
