My interview focused on my availability, what experiences I have and what the day to day operations of my department entailed. Then I was asked what I liked and disliked about the field I'm in. It was an easy interview for me.

The interview process was only intimidating when it was before a panel of nursing management members.

It was very different. They ask the typical interview questions, and then they start asking like how would you handle this or that. How have you dealt with this or that. Those type questions at the end of the interview process. They are trying to see how your mind works and how you would and do handle situations.
Extensive and thorough
Interesting and fun.
