Poor employee retention. My management position had 4 directors plus me in a year. I made a huge mistake accepting this position.
Worst company I’ve ever worked for in my career in management. Don’t waste your time if you plan on being there for more than few months. The employees are very poorly trained and are basically hired off the street with no skills.

Not a good choice
Pay was good benefits worst I have ever seen. Regional operations management terrible. No true and honest support. Marketing and memory care management great. Community employees are great. Turnover is horrible. I regret ever taking the position. Not recommended.

Turnover rate, outdated building, cheap pay
The worst of any company I've been employed by. The turnover rate is one unheard of. This company can't keep anyone .The pay of is an insult to all .

Horrible management company! Undermining and manipulative.
No benefits offered to staff. Don’t pay enough. Staffing is minimal. Not really assisted living. It’s nursing home and residents don’t get the care they need. Awful company! Don’t apply there!
