PCA Personal Care Assistant in Siuh
on September 20, 2021
I liked working there until covid. Then there was lack of staff, too many mandates, overworked, not compensated as nurses were, lack of care from management.

The pay and benefits are great. Management is helpful and supportive and want to see us grow. I feel like I learn something new often and theres opportunity to advance.
Registered Nurse in Manhasset, NY
on September 15, 2021
This is a great place to work and grow in your career. Good people. Decent pay. Opportunity for advancement. Great Benefits for nurses. No union, but fair.
Medical Assistant Flex Staff in Islip, NY
on September 15, 2021
Working as flex staff, it was a great entry position for a medical assitant. I worked in mainly One office but would help out at neighboring offices form time to time. The pay for flex staff is low and there are no benefits for a significant amount of time. Openings for full time positions come often and a better pay can be negotiated at that time. Recommend as a starting position but can’t see it lasting for over a year.
Nurse in Long Island, NY
on September 14, 2021
Overall, it is fair to work there though some old employees can be a bit annoying. It is a good beginning as a new nurse. If you have better choice, work somewhere else.

Interview Questions

My background and experience for the posted position. They wanted to see if I was a people person, who would put my best foot forward, and assist others in a polite, empathetic, and professional manner. It was explained this is a 24/7 operation - employees are required to cover shifts, around the clock, as required, including in inclement weather, to ensure patients, visitors, and staff would have a safe environment at all times.
