This place is terrible, make decisions capriciously and callously. Organization is ripe with favoritism, personnel matters are dealt with over harshly. Dispatch consistently holds crew over. Don’t work for these guys!

Well I leave my house early get to work 10 minutes early, get settled clock in. Then I do what I'm told with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor with my coworkers. Most enjoyable part of the job is definitely my coworkers smiles, hardest is just sad stories I hear of out in the field.
