What I learned about northwest
Northwest is a company that doesn’t value their employees and the hard work they put in for the company. They don’t care nor feel the need to help employees. No matter how hard you work or who you ask, they will say “we’ll look into it” and never get to it. This company is very cheap and not considerate with their employees.
