Setting daily work goals, finding inspiration me to push myself in personal growth and development. A great benefit to work with peers that are Deaf and Hard of Hearing as well as overcoming obstacles to work with hearing individuals.
The hardest part of the job is using primitive tools to do big jobs like sawing through a log. Being in residential - more... job training; learning how to sleep in close quarters in a shared tent and working in inclement weather.

ProsOutdoor cooking, meeting new people, having knowledge of Deaf Culture
ConsShort term work, small portions of food, short breaks in 10 miles of wilderness terrain, carrying equipment to the job site.
