Don't force adults to camp 20 minutes away from home. Don't make adult service members put up and take down camp twice in one week while still needing to work 38 hours for the project partner NOT including travel time or camp chores. There's absolutely no personal time. I am getting 2 days off at a time rather than the 5 that was advertised which is not enough time for your body to recover from what is essentially 16 hour days of hard labour.
