It's like any other interview process. They want to know your goals, aspirations, where do you find yourself in five years and how far do you want to raise in the company.

It varies from office to office, but the Chesterfield Valley office had a great culture. Lots of inclusion. The leadership team is very supportive.

You won’t read this or do anything, but NEWER REPS NEED A “BASE” of some sort! If I just had insurance and a base salary to hold me over until I could see the real rewards while not financially collapsing myself. It seems like they check up on you to see if you’re ready to quit yet. Be honest about how we will be getting our leads- that we will be calling friends and family and everyone we might know for a referral, and they will be running their own business, and starting it from 0-scratch. Position seemed way too Sales-y, and I know none of my friends or family wanted to be bothered my first week of starting a business. Seems like they are so used to a low rentention they kick people out early so not too much $ is spent on them.

$20.00 would be my estimated hourly rate of a current financial representative intern however I don't work with them at all so this amount is purely speculative.
