Allow people in entry-level positions to explore more in their job. Stop making the culture feel so siloed in terms of job duties. I had to ask multiple times to have more responsibility and autonomy in my job when I started to feel bored. Management doesn't always consider the job satisfaction of those below them.

Answer here...To reduce the hashness in school because this may make the students to start by saying after all there is many jobs that people can do outside there apart from that you should stop doing animals experiment because most of students fear animals and this may tromatiz them making them to leave the school
