NPI's management is completely disorganized. Many people have left because they get frustrated with the administrative side of the job. The work is easy and repetitive. They claim to be research and development when they aren't. I would say the most difficult aspect of the job is having so many co-workers that are not trained properly, but asked to - more... train others; which just perpetuates poor laboratory practices.
Additionally, there are a lot of health and safety violations that go unnoticed because no-one reads information about the drugs they're working on.
