I Think I pretty good about the testing the company needs to know if you know your job it doesn't matter to some people about the rules or safety of the residents we all slack sometimes on the job

As any facility should, I would hire more CNA's and less nurses because a nurse assistant should have no more than 8 patients to care for since they are considered the first eyes and ears an have to do more physical work and getting paid less any way. Which means the residents would receive better care which will make everyone job more better.. Just keeping it real:)
