Senior Lead Implementation Trainer (Former Employee) – Waltham, MA – July 13, 2018
Loved the travel and the clients were awesome. Pay is well below industry standard and customers were never happy with what we did. We had autonomy and ability to make decisions but very few options to reach management.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Waltham, MA – May 23, 2018
I had a very nice job at Nova. I worked in the order department. Nova provides medical equipment to hospitals and and other suppliers of medical equipment. The orders were so precise, no mistakes could be made. It was a busy job with constant orders all day long. We had to decide if the item was to be refrigerated or dry. Each order had to be specially packed and shipped accordingly. Frozen item had unique packaging ,’so I was in constant communication with FedEx and UPS. It was a great job but I had to relocate and the commuting was to much for me
Software Engineer II (Former Employee) – Waltham, MA – May 12, 2018
This company has no real coherent and cohesive design image. Things are developed as an idea and changed as an afterthought. The people are really nice, but they promised a mid-year and annual review, and after 18 months, not a single review occurred.

great place to work with good people. They also had a great cafeteria. everyday challenges working with different departments throughout the company, manufacturing, machine shop, electrical and purchasing to name a few. IT was a team effort to support the manufacture of the glucose meter for diabetics. The best part of my job was that I was part of the concurrent engineering group that supported the manufacturing process for the strip used in all the meters for diabetics. Performed duties as to help purchase equipment, setup, and maintain. Maintained and provided all documentation processes this project.
Technical Support Specialist (Former Employee) – Waltham, MA – May 2, 2017
Challenging to move up, and management is pretty unprofessional with the way work is delegated. Depending on your group, there is an unruly amount of favoritism. The benefits and work/life balance are pretty good.
