Laxed and Easy to Learn
Co-workers are cool, everyone speaks their mind. The job duties are fair and easy to learn. Some favoritism going on at the GP location. Surprisingly overstaffed, not enough work for everyone there and then the manager wants to micromanage "as if" we all aren't grown and don't know what to do SMH! They need to invest in housekeeping services because the pay is not enough to be cleaning the clinic too and put their managers through some professional training.

The company does not care about their employees. They will work you out completely at this location. The training that I received was from a X ray tech. NEVER received proper training for my position as a MA. Was never Cross-trained for front and back. I was literally just walked through the basics and thrown in. They prefer bilingual people but will have you translating all over the place. The provider is very short with you and if she sees an issue with something will go directly to corporate instead of a 1 on 1 with you. Poor management! Do not apply here not worth it. Also almost everything is done on paper, very time consuming, you will feel pressured all day since you are also being timed. Company is in for it for the money, employees are the last thing they care about.

It's not a bad place to work. There's a new situation everyday so consistently on your toes with learning. Some supervisors can use some training though.

It is fast paced but fun. A lot of drug screening. DoT physicals. Breathelizer testing for alcohol. Fast pace environment. Also has physical therapy.
Prefer not to say due to retaliation in Houston, TX

Owners of the company were less than professional, COO - very demeaning toward employees. Pay was competitive, benefits were offered but extremely expensive, taking up the competitive pay - very little company support.

Are you use to a fast pace clinic? Are you a fast learner?

Stuff like what would you do if the customer was upset about wait time. They are looking for someone who cares about people and can multi task.
