I would say the most stressful part I remember about working for NSU was the expectation from other co-workers about your own personal career goals. There's some unspoken peer pressure that makes you feel like you have to live up to everyone else's standards. I was young and inexperienced and they made sure to make me feel that way on a regular basis. If I went back today, I feel as though I might be judged for not having accomplished more in the time that I've been gone.
