Pay and promotions based on performance

They have a skill development program which is linked to compensation, quarterly bonus and career opportunities. Cross training has high priority, they do pay performance bonuses quarterly, once a month they serve free lunch and lately we even got a heat bonus for the hot summer months.

Rough work , unbelievably low pay

This is very rough work for the pay at only $16. part of the problem is everyone makes the same, if you have to operate machines, run mixing and tacked with training others you make the same as someone who runs end of line catching trim, taking breaks and smoking all day. Even with proper PPE you will leave with burns and cuts. Competitors are offering upwards of $25-26 for the same job. One ha...
