Working hours are not well organized, not properly scheduled, split in to portions that may please one individual and hurt others, most employees share PRN employment in another place, that most of the time require negative flexibility in working hours.
Long hours, tiring shift rotation, inconsistency with employees, inconsiderate managers, high turnovers, very unfriendly staff
Management and short staff management has favorite workers and they tell you things in the interview that are not factual just so you'll take the job do not work on 3rd floor med/ sur you will quit
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Novant Health a better place to work?

There are a lot of complaints against management at Novant Health. I don't understand why a company would allow complaints against management to go un-resolved. Give me one reason why someone should work for your company after all the bad reviews against management?
