There are a lot of complaints against management at Novant Health. I don't understand why a company would allow complaints against management to go un-resolved. Give me one reason why someone should work for your company after all the bad reviews against management?

Keep in mind that “management” is a very generic term. Each dept, service line, facility, and the organization as a whole has management. Take it into consideration what the complaints are and know that changes happen all the time. I think that overall, executive leadership has our best interest at heart. Sometimes they have to balance it with fiscal responsibility or changes in our industry and sometimes that doesn’t feel good. Overall, it’s a good company to work for but there will always be challenges somewhere.
