You'll receive a phone call for a quick phone screen regarding your interest in the position and why you'd like to work for Novasyte, questions about your work history, education, and quick behavioral questions as well. After that you'll complete a virtual interview (if applicable) which kind of reiterates the phone screen. Next, you'll interview with the manager or another colleague. After that you'll receive a call with their final decision.

How sure are you that you would be available for accepted assignments?
The interview process can vary depending on each position.
Most positions begin with an over the phone "prescreen" which generally lasts 15-25 minutes.
Upon completion, most candidates will move to a virtual interview via webcam.
Next is a discussion about the client with which you'll be working where a final interview with a Novasyte client will be scheduled.
These calls generally occur anywhere from three days to a week and a half.
The length of the entire hiring process depends on the predetermined training dates for each program.
Nearly all positions and schedules are unique with Novasyte.
Most positions are per diem and variable.
Many have guaranteed eight hour days, but many have 3-5 day trips several times a month.
When you do get an assignment, unless otherwise discussed, one can expect eight hour days.
Internal and full time positions generally include health, vision, dental, 401k etc.
Per diem roles still include paid travel time and expenses as well as 401k.
