Customer Fulfillment Representative (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAAugust 16, 2017
No work life balance. Working 12-14 hour days. The positions are very lean and if you don't work the hours you won't be successful in your position. Several people are overworked, stressed and exhausted.

Novelis Global R&D Center(NGRTC)
Engineer III (Current Employee) –  Kennesaw, GAJuly 11, 2017
The NGRTC is a nice place to work. The work life balance is great and the building is full of a lot of talented people. However a lot of the projects that we work on are questionable in direction in scope. Not alot of learning or mentoring for engineers.
Pros
Benefits, Salary, Work-Life Balance
Cons
Lack of Direction, Lack of Purpose, Not Production

Technical Project Manager / SME (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJune 14, 2017
A typical day for me was easy going, the project I had was hard but once I got around all the black holes and found the information I needed it was easy street. The manager I had was laid back and let me do my job with out looking over my shoulder. The work place culture is great, the team I was on we had fun and lots of food. Not only did the company give you food on almost a daily basis but my team brought in food all the time.

Operator (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMay 21, 2017
You wake up at 4 in the morning so you can be to work at 5, work 12 hours, be exhausted, and do it over again. Great people to work for, you just get scheduled so much overtime you do not have any time with your family.
Pros
1 week off a month
Cons
No family time, overtime, cannot plan for future.

Senior Compensation Consultant (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAMay 16, 2017
The culture is amazing! This is an international company and its employees are from all over the world. Everyone speaks different languages, comes from different cultures and thinks differently. To work here is to work with very diverse and highly intelligent people.

Financial/Operations Analyst (Current Employee) –  Oswego, NYApril 13, 2017
While I love the people I work with, job advancement is not ideal in administrative/supporting departments. Growth opportunities do not come often. Management is highly focused on the hourly work force needs and not salary needs. Management also doesn't do what it takes to retain our talent.
Pros
Great Benefits, Great People
Cons
Retention, Job Growth/Advancement

Deskside Support Technician (Current Employee) –  Terre Haute, INFebruary 22, 2017
Friendly staff and management, employees are all very intelligent and easy to get along with. Everyone is out to work together, there no 'stepping on someone' to get ahead 'type mentality' here.
Everyone works together remarkably well.

Don't Work Here
Engineer (Former Employee) –  Oswego, NYSeptember 28, 2016
If you want to be overworked and have no life, then work here. For a manufacturer you only get 8 holidays off, which isn't even competitive. For Central NY there are better manufacturers in the area
Pros
None
Cons
Only 8 Holidays, most manufacturers give 12 at least
