Management does not train because they barely know how to do the work themselves, basically training is done by fellow employees and learning on your own. I have never seen anything like it.

Most of the training at the London, KY facility either doesn't apply to your job (online training) or is very brief in a classroom environment. When you're new, you do get to shadow your co-workers for several days before you have jump in and do the work. But once you've been there for a while the training for new tasks is inadequate. I mostly train myself. They have work I instructions for almost all tasks and if you're willing to read them (most people give up, don't try to read them or simply cannot comprehend them), you can figure it out.
