Culture of Mistrust

New DCPs can't trust the old DCPs to train them properly. House Managers are non-existent when it comes to helping train the new DCPs. When mistakes are made by the new DCPs, consequences are severe. Avoid this place as much as possible.

Good job so far

No complaints besides not being able to transfer to different locations. The hours are wild but well worth the time off, if you want it. They offer overtime for the most part. Communication could use some more work.

Good support system for clients

Nowcap was a good place to work. Employees were good with clients. Employees made it very homey for clients. Everyone understood if certain things didn’t get done as long as the clients were safe, dry and properly cared for.

great overtime but needs better workers

While working there it was fine, you get to eat for free but get 0 break times. Chances of overtime is daily due to staff not showing up or not enough placed. old management thankfully has changed. The best part is the participants you get to meet and work with and knowing your job is making a difference. but if you are only doing it for the money this job is not for you.
