fun place to work

NRF is an excellent company to work for. The work atmosphere is great and the perks were awesome especially mill trips and trips to trade shows. They treated there customers like gold and would bend over backwards to satisfy their needs. Management was very supportive and the in house staff were incredible and very helpful

This is a company that's been in business for many years, Happy, comfortable company. Most of the Employee's have worked for this company for many years, I think this is most likely, due to the work environment Management and pay.

Nrf

Its usually busy on second shift depending on the season. Since it's a flooring distributor warehouse, summers are busy and the days fly. Winter it slows down, and can be laid back. Most of the managers are very professional and helpful. Only things that sucks is that the bennies suck no match kn 401k as of this year. (2019/2020) and now they're trying to change everyone's schedules.

Good company to work for

I love the people I work for and with. Compensation could be more equal to work expected and the retirement match is currently lacking but I feel this may change in the future.
