Tri-State CEO; Saving money by laying off great employees/cutting $ where it does count, in order to upgrade technology, without keeping the human factor in mind, seems to be counter productive.
A lack of training seems to be an issue.
Make more room for advancement within the company and allow more work at home positions, full or either part time at home. A lot of jobs are done at a computer and you can go days without actually talking to a fellow coworker.
