National Director, EMarketing Operations (Former Employee) – Madison, NJ – February 8, 2019
The sheer number of people who the company cycled through in just over 4 years was shocking. At least a 75% turnover rate, with numerous positions eliminated. The only people who seemed to be safe were those at a VP level or above. The "ethical" behavior that the company loves to brag about does not extend to the employees.
Contractor (Former Employee) – nj – November 17, 2018
Worst management ever. Horrible working conditions. Too much favoritism towars the Hong workers. Office manager harness the workers, and HR and upper management knew about it and let this go on. Micromanage and had ask to ask permission to go to the restroom.
Real Estate sales & leases (Current Employee) – Calabasas, CA – June 28, 2018
I work here for many years, the company is very supportive, we have in house transaction coordinator, marketing director, receptionist etc. It is always fun to come to the office, however most of the time I work from home.
It's not a bad place to work. it depends on the department and business unit you work for. The executive vision for the company is clear but the communication and vision is changed based upon middle management interpretation.
Field Representative (Former Employee) – Florida – February 3, 2018
