Provide a fair health, Dental, Vision, care program that does not cost a fortune to the employee's.

Allow employee's paid vacation and holiday's.

Allow pay raises. 4 almost 5 years and no raise. It's not allowed as a rule. There are only few acceptions.

They negotiate cost of living and pay raises from the client and never give it to the NSC techs. NSC are thieves and should be shut down.
