Provide a fair health, Dental, Vision, care program that does not cost a fortune to the employee's.

Allow employee's paid vacation and holiday's.

Allow pay raises. 4 almost 5 years and no raise. It's not allowed as a rule. There are only few acceptions.

Treat your employees like employees instead of "managed resources" and you'll have less turnaround and more satisfied customers.

Pay employees a living wage. Give ALL employees holiday pay. Give ALL employees vacation so that some don't have to work all year with no break and watch their co-workers take off 3 or 4 weeks a year.
