This process will vary based on job type and location. Our interview process can last from 1-3 weeks, and some positions require numerous technical interviews. Onboarding at NT Concepts can also vary; due to to the critical nature of the work we perform in intelligence and national security, a majority of employees must obtain a security clearance before their official start date, which can take several months.

For a Case Screen Technician, a candidate will have one interview composed of up to 14 questions. Commonly asked questions are: What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses?
