It's a very straight forward IT contracting gig. Filled out the paperwork, showed up at my job site, started working. Wake up, go to work, work, fill out weekly timesheet, and get paid on time. It would be nice to get a better idea on whether or not if a contract is going to possibly be extended or not- but the original length of a contract was specified from the beginning. No complaints.

This company is a staffing agency that does not assist anyone with converting into a full time position because it does not benefit them. They are not one of the better staffing agency because they do not offer sick time, PTO or FMLA. They also do not offer raises regardless of how long your contract is. Sparks and rose international are better staffing agency to work for. The medical benefits offered you pay for yourself, you are better off getting outside benefits. Make sure you negotiate your pay because they will attempt to give you the minimal.
Good companies to work for through their contracts
Customer Service Specialist (Former Employee) – Columbia, MD – May 16, 2017
This was the best agency I've had the opportunity to work for. The job site was great, I only stopped working with this company after my pregnancy. They did a great job with onboarding snd finding placement swiftly.

I quickly learned how to adapt in a results-driven environment. Every single employee is willing to help and extend their expertise. Even as the company expands rapidly, the atmosphere is fun and exciting.
