Ask if they have a realistic vision of what an engineering company should look like yet.
Ask if the CEO knows anything about the business or its competition
Ask if they still are expecting 4.0 multipliers on every job
Ask if training is only for the "special people"
Do they have 401k again?
It's too bad. They have great pieces, but leadership won't listen to anyone, and doesn't know how to build a company with what they have.
